CIRC Action Fund

Endorsements

Below are CIRC Action Fund’s slate of candidate endorsements for the upcoming election for Congress, Governor, State Senate, and State House in districts where immigrant rights voters could make the difference. These endorsements feature candidates who have demonstrated that, if elected, they will help us build a pro-immigrant majority in the legislature.

Jared Polis

Governor

In a state where at least 2 in 10 residents are immigrants or have at least one parent who is an immigrant, Jared Polis has a consistent 10-year congressional record working to protect all Colorado families and communities. Polis notably introduced a bill in 2013 that is said to be “one of the most significant attempts at comprehensive immigration reform in decades” and aimed to reduce the federal deficit by nearly $200 billion over ten years and to create pathways to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants.

Jason Crow

6th Congressional District

A handful of politicians and their corporate donors want to turn us against each other – stoking fear against people based on where they come from, what they look like or how they pray. Our strength and our safety comes from our ability to stand up for each other and pick leaders who respect every one of us.

Jason Crow will create a fair immigration process that assesses each person’s case and ensures the well being of families.
